Sakino: Visual artist, Painter, Art Facilitator. Born in Monterrey, Mexico. I started to make drawings and paintings very young, influenced by the environment of my father's printing workshop. Started to paint on canvases at 12. I continue my regular studies and went the school of biochemistry engineering, at this point I quit science for art. Painting professionaly since 1990, working in paintings and murals by commission. Traveling constantly since I was 18, making exhibitions and learning from different cultures, one of my passions in life. I have exhibited in different venues and galleries in the cities of Vancouver, BC; San Francisco, CA; Mexico city; New York; Monterrey, Mexico; Rome and Fiano, Italy; San Antonio, Tx.; Washington, DC; Bytow, Poland; Tokio, Japan, amongst others. I studied recently in the Academy of Realistic Art of Toronto.
